David was born in Vancouver, British Columbia and raised in Chilliwack, British Columbia. He obtained both a B.A. (History) and his law degree from the University of British Columbia. David articled in Vancouver and spent the first three years of his career practicing there. In 1991 he returned to the Fraser Valley and practiced with a local Chilliwack firm, before co-founding the firm which is now Waterstone Law Group LLP in the summer of 1994.

David's practice involves personal injury litigation for plaintiffs injured in motor vehicle collisions; estate litigation, including disputed wills and Wills Variation Act issues; and general civil litigation.

Born and raised in North Vancouver, Bruce attended Simon Fraser University where he was an economics/business administration major before moving on to attain his law degree in 1987 from the University of British Columbia. Following graduation, Bruce articled and practiced with a mid-sized Vancouver law firm from 1987 to 1993, where his focus was general corporate commercial law with an emphasis on acting as counsel to commercial lenders. In 1993, Bruce moved to Langley and joined a Fraser Valley law firm where he remained until joining Waterstone Law Group LLP as a partner in the fall of 1995.

Bruce has a general solicitor's practice which includes corporate/commercial transactions, tax planning, secured transactions, commerical and residential real estate development and corporate finance.

Ed was born in Warren, Pennsylvania, raised in Omaha, Nebraska and San Francisco, California, and moved to British Columbia in 1974. Ed received his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of British Columbia before moving east to obtain his law degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax. On his return to British Columbia, Ed articled and practiced with a Chilliwack law firm before joining Waterstone Law Group LLP, first as a senior associate in 1997, and then as a Partner in 1999.

Ed's current practice involves wills, trusts, estates, estate disputes, adult guardianships, estate planning, and elder law, as well as general corporate and commercial solicitor's work, real estate development, and expropriation matters. Ed acts as the corporate solicitor for many local businesses, and provides advice to clients in his various areas of expertise.

Shelley was born in Vancouver. Having received her R.N. from BCIT in 1974, and nursing degree from the University of Victoria in 1984, Shelley first practiced as an acute care nurse before obtaining her law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1986. After articling and practicing law in Vancouver, Shelley moved to Langley where she worked with a local firm until joining Waterstone Law Group LLP as a senior associate in the summer of 1998. Shelley has been a Partner in the firm since 2000.

Shelley's current practice includes personal injury, medical malpractice, family law mediation and collaboration. She is a founding member of the Fraser Valley/Lower Mainland Collaboration Family Law Group.

Clint was born in New Westminster, British Columbia, and grew up in Port Coquitlam. He attended Simon Fraser University for three years where he studied Political Science and Economics before obtaining his law degree from the University of British Columbia. After graduation, Clint articled with one of Vancouver's largest law firms and joined Waterstone Law Group LLP as an associate after being called to the bar in 1996. Originally from Saskatchewan, Lawrence was raised in Langley, British Columbia. After graduating from Trinity Western University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science, he worked as a lobbyist with Justice Fellowship, the Mennonite Central Committee and the John Howard Society in Washington, D.C., Ottawa, Ontario and St John's, Newfoundland, primarily in the areas of criminal justice reform and religious freedoms. Lawrence obtained his law degree from the University of Calgary. Lawrence joined Waterstone Law Group LLP in May 2000, and became a partner in January 2005.

Lawrence has a background in alternative dispute resolution. He is trained as a Level II Mediator and has taken courses on advanced mediation and cross-cultural dispute resolution. His experience in practice includes attendance at arbitration, mediation, negotiation and other alternative dispute resolution methods on behalf of clients.
