David was born in Vancouver, British Columbia and raised in Chilliwack, British Columbia. He obtained both a B.A. (History) and his law degree from the University of British Columbia. David articled in Vancouver and spent the first three years of his career practicing there. In 1991 he returned to the Fraser Valley and practiced with a local Chilliwack firm, before co-founding the firm which is now Waterstone Law Group LLP in the summer of 1994.

David's practice involves personal injury litigation for plaintiffs injured in motor vehicle collisions; estate litigation, including disputed wills and Wills Variation Act issues; and general civil litigation.

Born and raised in North Vancouver, Bruce attended Simon Fraser University where he was an economics/business administration major before moving on to attain his law degree in 1987 from the University of British Columbia. Following graduation, Bruce articled and practiced with a mid-sized Vancouver law firm from 1987 to 1993, where his focus was general corporate commercial law with an emphasis on acting as counsel to commercial lenders. In 1993, Bruce moved to Langley and joined a Fraser Valley law firm where he remained until joining Waterstone Law Group LLP as a partner in the fall of 1995.

Bruce has a general solicitor's practice which includes corporate/commercial transactions, tax planning, secured transactions, commerical and residential real estate development and corporate finance.

Ed was born in Pennsylvania, and after being raised for a number of years in the United States, relocated to British Columbia in 1974. Ed received his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of British Columbia before moving east to obtain his law degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax. On his return to British Columbia, Ed articled and practiced with a Chilliwack law firm before joining Waterstone Law Group LLP in 1997. Ed became a partner in Waterstone in 1999, and has a solicitor's practice with a focus in the areas of Wills, Estates, Trusts and Estate Disputes.  He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Abbotsford, and a frequent lecturer on many topics related to Wills, Estates and Elder Law.  Ed also acts for many businesses and real estate developers in the Chilliwack area, and has an active corporate/commercial and real estate development practice. 

Outside of the office Ed is very active in community affairs, having been a Director and President of the Chilliwack-Fraser Rotary Club, a Director and President of the Chilliwack Family YMCA as well as the YMCA Endowment Foundation, a Director of Chilliwack Society for Community Living, a Director of the Chilliwack Hospice Society, and a Director of the Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce.  Ed also has a busy family life, and fills the rest of his spare time participating in basketball and golf, and traveling.

Clint was born in New Westminster, British Columbia, and grew up in Port Coquitlam. He attended Simon Fraser University for three years where he studied Political Science and Economics before obtaining his law degree from the University of British Columbia. After graduation, Clint articled with one of Vancouver's largest law firms and joined Waterstone Law Group LLP as an associate after being called to the bar in 1996. Clint joined the partnership of Waterstone Law Group LLP on January 1, 2004.

Clint's practices in the area of business law and real estate.  He has significant experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance and all aspects of real estate transactions.  He recognizes the importance of providing practical advice that is relevant to the client's business and tailored to their particular needs.

Originally from Saskatchewan, Lawrence was raised in Langley, British Columbia. After graduating from Trinity Western University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science, he worked as a lobbyist with Justice Fellowship, the Mennonite Central Committee and the John Howard Society in Washington, D.C., Ottawa, Ontario and St John's, Newfoundland, primarily in the areas of criminal justice reform and religious freedoms. Lawrence obtained his law degree from the University of Calgary. Lawrence joined Waterstone Law Group LLP in May 2000, and became a partner in January 2005.

Lawrence has a background in alternative dispute resolution. He is trained as a Level II Mediator and has taken courses on advanced mediation and cross-cultural dispute resolution. His experience in practice includes attendance at arbitration, mediation, negotiation and other alternative dispute resolution methods on behalf of clients.

Lawrence's practice involves employment law, personal injury and general commercial litigation.  He has appeared at all levels of court on behalf of his clients.

Rachel was born in Abbotsford, British Columbia and grew up in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, the North West Territories, Missouri and Louisiana.  After graduating from Trinity Western University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources, she worked in resource development with a non-profit organization.  Rachel went on to attend the University of British Columbia and obtained her law degree in 2007.  She joined Waterstone Law Group LLP as an articling student in 2007 and then as an associate in 2008.

Rachel's practice includes general civil litigation and personal injury.
