Waterstone Law Group LLP was founded in Chilliwack, British Columbia in 1994.

From its inception, Waterstone Law Group LLP has been dedicated to the provision of "big city" quality legal services, given promptly and efficiently, at a cost which is competitive in the rural communities in which we practice. Through our commitment to this goal we have gained the confidence of our clients, and this confidence has provided the impetus behind our growth from a two lawyer firm at inception to one today consisting of thirteen lawyers and articled students and more than twenty support staff, with offices in both Chilliwack and Langley, British Columbia.

David was born in Vancouver, British Columbia and raised in Chilliwack, British Columbia. He obtained both a B.A. (History) and his law degree from the University of British Columbia. David articled in Vancouver and spent the first three years of his career practicing there. In 1991 he returned to the Fraser Valley and practiced with a local Chilliwack firm, before co-founding the firm which is now Waterstone Law Group LLP in the summer of 1994.

David's practice involves personal injury litigation for plaintiffs injured in motor vehicle collisions; estate litigation, including disputed wills and Wills Variation Act issues; and general civil litigation.
