Waterstone Law Group LLP was founded in Chilliwack, British Columbia in 1994.

From its inception, Waterstone Law Group LLP has been dedicated to the provision of "big city" quality legal services, given promptly and efficiently, at a cost which is competitive in the rural communities in which we practice. Through our commitment to this goal we have gained the confidence of our clients, and this confidence has provided the impetus behind our growth from a two lawyer firm at inception to one today consisting of thirteen lawyers and articled students and more than twenty support staff, with offices in both Chilliwack and Langley, British Columbia.

Kim was born in Dawson City, Yukon, and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon. After obtaining her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, Kim attended the University of Alberta and obtained her law degree in 1999. She articled and practiced with a Vancouver law firm and joined Waterstone Law Group LLP in the spring of 2002.

Kim's practice includes personal injury litigation for plaintiffs who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, estate litigation including Wills Variation Act claims, Committee applications and family law.
